Vanisha helped me find an ideal pre-construction condo. Her knowledge and expertise throughout the process was outstanding. We were able to secure a great corner unit in a very sought after building and she even was able to get the builder to offer incentives. Her recommendations and assistance around the clock with all aspects of the sale (mortgage approval, lawyer review of contract, etc) was amazing. 7 years ago when I wanted to move from Etobicoke to Oakville, Kamran as new agent surprised me with his knowledge and services as new agent, he negotiated a very big house rent to surprisingly low rent, he give me so much time and showed me more then 20 house (he said, it does not matter how many time you want go to visit the houses, I will be there, but we will not take any house until you are fully satisfied, no pressure). Just last month we had to move again and he provided the extra ordinary services with enhanced experience and experience in real estate. In nutshell: I found Kamran and Vanisha are extra ordinary services providers with smile on their face. I always recommend my family and friends to talk to them first even if they have other agent.
